Simpel banget

sudo umount /dev/cdrom

dd if=/dev/cdrom of=namafile.iso bs=1024

Terus buat file md5-nya

md5sum namafile.iso > namafile.iso.md5

Lalu coba cek md5 filenya, kedua file (.iso dan .md5) berada di satu folder yg sama

md5sum -c namafile.iso.md5

Done, simpel kan?
